I am in irregardless (need to send an email to Solomon) but can I raise the question of repairs?

 

Like a lot of people I have found MB's repair service to be excellent and reasonably priced. I only have user pens and this one would be so nice it would likely become a daily user. If and when it shows the usual wear and tear, am I going to be able to call MB, or will I need to go to a freelance MB repair expert? I'm not saying its reasonable to expect MB to provide repairs for these pens, just that I want to know what the deal will be.

 

I'm sorry if this has been hashed out already, but I couldn't see anything when I read the thread (9 pages of uncured celluloid, cats, nibs, and pen porn - I could easily have missed it). Please just point me to the post and I'll go sit quietly in a corner and read.
