147 Traveler with MB Black cartridge. Have far too many of those. Need to clear them and get something different.

+ my 149 with Pelikan Royal Blue + 161 + 165.

May Your Force Be With You

If I mention a supplier, I am ONLY affiliated if I EXPLICITLY say so.

My 80's 149 with soft M nib and MB blue-black and my post-war 136 with the flexy M nib and Parker black Quink. These were riding shotgun/backup with some newbies from Pel and Onoto... (When you go for backup, you go for the best backup there is... )

"Here was a man who had said, with his wan smile, that once he realized that he would never be a protagonist, he decided to become, instead, an intelligent spectator, for there was no point in writing without serious motivation." - Casaubon referring to Belbo, Foucault's Pendulum.

And what kind of backup...

It still works after 70 years lying at the bottom of the English Channel.

Strangely enough, for a change, I havent used any of my MBs today. GASP!!! The proust is sitting there, full of Akkerman Groenmarkt Smaragd, the 146 Barley loaded with Red Dragon, my 146 75 Year loaded with Kon Peki. None lay down a drop of ink today ... was too busy playing with my TWSBI with transplanted Pelikan M600 nib and Parker 51 & 61.

I feel so ashamed now.

149 (B) with Noodler's Old Manhattan Blue... (oops, edit: Ellis Island Blue... No such ink Old Manhattan...)

A classique roller with the MB purple refill...

A Boheme 0.9mm MP

And, a few Safari's that I needed to exercise to keep from drying out...

The 149 75th Anniversary pen is very pretty.
