What MBs are you using today?

I have only one MB fountain pen, the 149 Fine, so every day is a Meisterstück day :)

If you're interested, here is yet another My First MB post.

Welcome to the MB forum and congratulations on a great choice of pen!

Very nice blog and photographs. If you post a nib close up, perhaps Barry Gabay himself will help you date your pen.

Thank you very much for the comment Jasam.

Shrinknib, I'm longing to try Herbin inks. I've heard nothing but good things about them.

BR Herbin inks are great, amazing flow and very well behaved.. They are working just fine in my Chatterley Ripple, no problems with the ink window.

I love to look at this post and see photos of your pens!!!

I inked up one of my vintage MBs........ the 642 in grey striated celluloid - has a nice little 14C nib which is flexish and italic-ish - with some years old MB Blue ink......... I'd forgotten how this little pen wrote. Enjoy!

Cheers Shrinknib. How's OZ? Actually the Faulkner is inked with Noodler's Burma Road Brown. An ink that is a very close match to the resin. I love the J. Herbin inks and will have to try the Lie de The one of these days.
