Your photos always rock. :happyberet:

What color is the anniversary Herbin and its volume? Are there other anniversary colors?

B nibbed Dickens that had never been out of its box until it found a home with me. Testing it with MB black for benchmarking after all the years it languished in the plastic until, "Hey, you use these fountain pen things, right?" :cloud9:

Thanks for the compliment mate.

It's a bright red similar to MB ruby red. I don't think there are other colors on offer for the anniversary ink. The bottle has 50ml.

Jean Elie has a WTS for this ink in the forsale section (where I bought from).

BTW it's difficult to extract ink from this bottle. The mouth is just too small to put in the 149. I had to use a needle to get the ink out onto a small measuring cup for the 149 to drink... :headsmack:

However, I must admit the bottle is just gorgeous! :cloud9:

Today is ballpen day. MB Signum Doue.

Very nice my friend.

Love the ink bottle (does not look like an ink bottle).

Given the metal cap for the Herbin and the neck of the bottle, I'd recommend decanting if you have an ink well. Pretty bottle, but not MB -friendly.

William Faulkner with a medium nib filled with Noodler's El Lawrence. Nearby is my Bernard Shaw with a fine nib and filled with PR Blue Suede.
