Another vote for @penmania's handwriting, the Agatha Christie, and the card / stationery.

What nib size is that? Wonderful handwriting!

Wonderful handwriting and ink! Did you use a nibmeister or was it stubbish enough straight out of the box?

The pen has Pendleton Brown's butter line stub grind. I am really enjoying thr ink color recently, especially in wide nibs.

Today I used the skeleton UNICEF with the ink UNICEF and I have cleaned my 149 and my JFK 1917 to switch the ink used with them. Before my JFK was inked with JFK ink and my 149 was inked with Royal Blue ink. I did this because I had lot of "failures" when writing with my JFK now with the Royal Blue ink I have no issue and the writing is really fluid. I have no issue with the JFK ink with my 149 so I don't know the reason of issues with JFK pen and JFK ink. Maybe the pen just needed a cleanup but it was new when I inked it and used it the first time so don't know if there is some mis-compabilities between JFK and JFK ink....

I am using my 146 inked with MB Royal Blue. It is a medium, terrific writer from the early 90's. I will keep it in my rotation for a month.

Please post a writing sample... I have an OM I love but I think OF would be ideal... I've yet to see a MB sample though!

I'd also enjoy seeing a Montblanc OF handwritten post.

They're out there, but I haven't yet seen any Montblanc OF handwriting sample.

Vintage Pelikan OFs, yes, but thus far, Montblanc OFs, no.

~ Although I was told that a few Montblanc OF nibs were seen in a handwritten post forum.

MB 149 M with JFK and an Ultra Black M with Permanent Gray... need to use them up and rotate something else for July. Too many pens inked this month :headsmack:

Is there ever a time any of us don't have too many pens inked? 😁 I used to feel guilty about never writing any of my pens dry (except for my GvFC Intuition), but last week I dumped out and cleaned some of my inked pens. It was the first time I dumped ink into the sink as I typically just keep tons of inked pens in my case. Now I'm happy I did it and am enjoying about a dozen pens in the current rotation. No more guilt. Ink away!

This is why I use less expensive brands of ink. Nothing I have to hoard or will never see again. That way, my tools become tools again.
