Is Diabolo available with "f" nib?

Yes, the one pictured has a fine nib. And the line is fairly true to what you expect from a fine.

Today I am using my Wilde with medium nib. It must be my third or fourth fill since I bought it NOS and finally the flow seems to be settling just right. I'm using the 90 year permanent grey ink.

Daily is a platinum 146, have a 146 document marker and rollerball I keep in the bag in case I need them.

Haven't inked the Platinum 146 broad in months. Going to ink it with some corn poppy red today. Also haven't touched that ink in years. What to write .... Hmmm ... What to write?

All black but clip and cap rings press button Montblanc n°6 from 1934/5, EF nib with MB Mystery Black ink

 

I also use theses days a custon back ebonite Forever with large springy Ambitious nib, a pure delight with Moneverde Verde ink, rich flow.

 

And for some special writing, a Weltpen "Wep" from the thirties with a full flex F nib with MB M.B. ink, extraordiary !
