My current fixation with vintage 149s making me see something that wasn't there! :)

As you say Zaddick a good pen no matter the vintage! Enjoy it Perry

I'm really enjoying the 149, it is gold trimmed as surmised and of 90-94 time frame. The Wilde writes like a dream also! Very happy with my pen show acquisitions, traded for both of them and got the box with the Wilde!

Using my 139 that is inked with Florida Blue.

Me too, the 139 I got from the LA show with Waterman Blue Black! Love it!

Not really "using today" but an import pen for me.

Bought this Montblanc Meisterstück 146 in 1988 to sign my first employment contract after finishing university  .

This 146 was in use for several years and took me back to my interest for fountain pens.

I'm using a 344 with an OB nib inked with Akkerman Vermeer's Kobaltblauw.

Rationalizing pen and ink purchases since 1967.

I love the 146s with the monotone nibs.

Added a 149 with Robert Oster ink to the 139 for today. Here's a picture...

Oddly enough I bought a 146 in 1988: My first MB. The start of a Mont Blanc habit that is still strong over a hundred later. It is still in regular use today, along with siblings.

As 888007888 pointed out, it is truly a pen for life.
