A MB 144 -- I'd call it maroon, but I believe the factory called it Bordeaux --

The nib isn't marked as to size, but the feed IS marked "L" on the reverse . . .

 

The pen takes either cartridges or converters (it'll be shipped with a converter), and, as you'd expect, it's a great writer

No box nor papers, but the pen is great condition, with no wear apparent with the exception of some chipping on the plating on the ring below the feed and nib, as shown below:
