A rough shipping estimate :

1 journal = about USD$9

2 journals = about USD$13

3 journals = about USD$17

 

Shipping is sent "registered" with tracking number , hence a little added cost there.

(I can't bear to see my journals go missing in transit )

 

Also its via airmail which is chargeable in blocks of 10grams. This can vary from journal to journal bcos some journals have 135gsm paper which is heavier. And some have the leather edgings which add to weight as well.

120gsm paper is lighter and hence a few cents cheaper.

In addition to the above journals for sale. I am putting up here for sale the 'Hemmingway' inspired pair of Basic Black and Basic Orange journals.

 

Black costs USD$21 (due to the waxed linen cords used) and the Orange costs USD$19.

Both are fabric covers - heavy cotton.

 

Sold as a PAIR at USD$40 ... because I think they look great as a pair - no other reason .... !

I hate to see them separated although there is no compelling reason not to allow this....

 

So .. please take them as a pair ....

 

As usual, you pay shipping but it is at cost.

The writing pages are a light grey, 124gsm.

 

Special note...

There is a stain on the back cover of the orange journal.

I can't get it out with water.

It was there after gluing the covers, so I think its something from behind. The fabric was clean.

Its about the size of a fingerprint.

Thought I mention this upfront so as not to cause any misunderstanding.

Then again if I hadn't brought your attention to it, you wouldn't have noticed it.

I suggest you leave it and not try to use strong cleaners as it may worsen it.

 

First I want it gets it, whether by PM or threadpost.

I just wanted to say that I have purchased a number of TMLee's handmade journals, both for personal use and as gifts, and they are uniformly beautiful, expertly made, and beyond expectations. As I have told him, the only real problem I have is that they often are so attractive, it is quite hard to start writing in them -- I feel like I'm defacing an artwork. But, with practice, I'm getting better at it.

 

No affiliation, etc, etc, just a very satisfied buyer.
