Binderized Pelikan M-600. Excellent pen, and I'm not a collector, so it may be the permanent daily writer (he said not altogether convincingly)

Regards,

Al

A tie between the MB 149 and the OMAS Paragon (black resin) - I always come back to those two.

I'm using my oh-so-fabulous and expensive Parker Jotter. Retail price, 9.50 Euros. :-D

(I saw a French exchange student in my German language course in Germany writing with a fountain pen, and was like, "sweet". So, I walked into a stationery shop, looked at their fountain pens, and tried to buy the nicest looking "cheap" pen they had. Parker Jotter had it. Plus, I used the Parker Jotter ballpoints before stumbling upon FPs. :-D)

the pilot prera fine. this pen has the best nib i have come across better than many more expensive pens. Just wish there was a european distributor as shipping always is slightly expensive. i wish i could warrant buying every single colour because they are just basic coollooking good FPs.

Its my favourite writer and the one i usually turn to.

Wish list: Aurora Optima

Current inked Pens: Pilot Decimo - Noodlers BBH, MB Mozart - MB Lavender

Pelikan M150 - Noodlers Kung te Cheng

Gray marble-look Pelikan M200 (marked 'W' Germany) filled with Noodler's (of course) Eel Blue as an experiment.

Normally this pen goes to work filled with Noodler's Walnut, but I wanted to see if the 'Eel' ink works better with the piston mechanism...

Hey, I've worked out how to set up an avatar! Next week I'll move onto tying my own shoelaces...

I did not take the time to look back and see what I answered previously, but in the last couple of weeks my most used pen would probably be a toss-up between these two:

* 1924 RHR Parker Duofold Jr. filled with Doctor Blue (fine nib)

* blue stripe Pelikan 800 filled with Visconti Blue (fine nib)

My Cherry Haze Bexley Simplicity with a F nib loaded with either Noodler's Polar Black or El Lawrence. I've used it daily since I got it, almost a month ago. A true workhorse. I really like this pen.

My Lamy Vista w 1.9 mm nib is my highlighter pen (filled with Nooder's Firefly) and accompanies the Bexley.

Lamy Studio Pearl M. I only use my MB146 so nothing dries out.

The one I use most is the one I want to use least -- my Yafa Cartridge Fountain Pen. I want to use the Dollar 717i more, because the ink is cheaper and I'm running low on cartridges (three black, one green and one red left -- I'll never use the pink or purple ones) but the Yafa is a more comfortable size and I like the nib that tiny bit better (even with cartridge ink).

Does not always write loving messages.

Does not always foot up columns correctly.

Does not always sign big checks.
