Whats your current most used pen

Yesterday, it was a Waterman Exception Night&Day GT with an EF nib and red ink - ran through a cartridge and a half making mortal enemies...ehh, I mean "providing constructive feedback on a report from some on my staff" ;)

Today, it was a Waterman Carene with a stub nib and purple ink, and a lot of "creative writing" (aka, the pure fiction that goes up the hierarchy to ensure that suitable funds come back down and that they leave us alone). Also a bit over a cartridge.

I don't really have any pens that are not daily writers....no, that's a lie: I have an old, leaky Shaeffer that's not been inked for a decade. The others all get loads of daily exercise.

Phileas XF, with Prera F a close second.

I've been on a quest to see if I could commit all Seven Deadly Sins in a single day. Finally, it dawned on me I shouldn't try for the One Day Wonder Prize for all seven in one day. It's simply out of any question as you can't commit decent sloth while busily ticking the other six off your crowded "to do" list. -- ViolinWriter

I tend to use a different pen each day but I find I most often go back to my Omas Arco, Visconti Divina Proporzione, Graf von Faber-Castelle Pen of the Year 2006, Pelikan Ductas (I know y'all hate it), Pelikan M400, Levenger Plumpster (a steel nib that always writes smoothly and the ink flows no matter how long it sits on my desk), and a really cheap Waterford Gillioch that writes as well as any pen I own (eBay for $30). Just ordered a M800 demonstrator and a Visconti Ripple - I hope that they fall into my regular rotation as well. But after 40+ fountain pens I have learned that it is not always the price, reputation, or brand; it often just depends on how the pen feels to you.

Pelikan White and tortoise at home.

Lamy Safari or AL-Star at work.

Very sensible!

Hey, I've worked out how to set up an avatar! Next week I'll move onto tying my own shoelaces...
