Sailor Nanoparticle Colorant Ink Extreme Black 超微粒子顏料インク 極黑

I wish it worked in my flexy nibs. Has anyone had success using it in flex nibs?

I have not got any flexy nibs at present, but I am looking for a vintage pen with a flexy nib as I fancy trying copperplate, So I not this as I am so pleased with the performance in other respects, I thought that it would be a great ink in a flex pen, so it goes to show that theory is one thing, I would have expected that the line variation from a dot (thickness) up to say 1.5 mm line width would have been a certainty.

I tried it in a Namiki Falcon, a Pilot 743 FA nib, a Danitrio XF flexy, and a vintage Waterman nibbid Indian pen. It failed in all cases for me. I'd love to hear others' experiences.

it works beautifully in my flexy pen, super smooth with no railroad tracks.

Different opinions on how black it is are probably due to the fact that on some papers it is very black but reflective so it looks grey from some angles. Oddly this effect varies from pen to pen (yes in sailor NMF and not in Pelikan M)
