DaniTrio Densho vs M1000, an EF user-based review

Yes - the ink capacity of the pen is huge! And the internal stopper should prevent liquid being lost to evaporation. About the only reason I might not choose the Dani if I was to be limited to only one pen is that it is possibly more awkward to write *very* small text - something I do quite a lot of - because of the size of pen it seems happier writing medium-to-large. But this might just be a psychological thing.

I had the experience of dropping my Densho this morning during the drop off process at my son's daycare. I was taking my piquadro out to put my Cum Laude (blue celluloid) that I had used to fill out the daily paperwork, the piquadro wasn't closed, and the Densho flew across the room, landing on the tile floor 6 feet away  .

I cringed, walked over, expecting a cracked or chipped cap or body, but the pen was fine :D . I shudder to think about how the celluloid pen would have dealt with an unexpected flight.

I guess this is just another reason why the Densho is always in my piquadro.
