hmmm I ordered mine at the end of July and am still waiting :crybaby:

I think you must be on the pen-makers' Little List, Kurt ;) :(

Belated Happy Birthday, feiye.

I hope you have got a job to keep you in pens...last I heard you were having some trouble with your employment ?

Best wishes

Yes but I'm not going to lie to them just to get bumped up in line. :bunny01:

That's fine since if they don't provide an amazing pen it will be on a longer list...the for sale in marketplace

Thanks Roger!

This pen was ordered (along with another Nakaya) and paid for quite a few months ago so luckily I still had some things to look forward to when the company I worked for went down (we made the news a week ago!). Things have stabilised somewhat for me so I can continue to enjoy my pens, have to curb that spending a bit though...

In rotation:

Pelikan M400 with Pilot Iroshizuku Momiji

Nakaya Kuro-tame Desk Pen with Platinum Blue

Visconti Van Gogh Maxi with Aurora Black

Wow! Your pen looks amazing!

I've been in Japan since July and I've seen many Nakaya in pen shop and resisted so far. The only reason why I did not get one, it's because I ordered a bike frame from TOEI, the equivalent of Nakaya in the bike world. The whole list thing is pretty hard to cope with when you really want to ride. I could deal with waiting for a pen since I have so many pen to write with, but the bike is killing me.

It's almost an honor to be on such a list in Japan. A friend of mine called the owner of TOEI and told him how sad I was I would not get the bike for X-Mas, the owner gave in and told him I would get my frame before the new year.

I guess in Japan, patience is rewarded.

Your hand writing is amazing by the way!

Belated congratulations, Feiye. Many, may more. Ohhhhhhh....that is the nib I wish I could have. Looking forward to see a written example.

Wow, that is one gorgeous pen. Good choice on the pattern and base colour.

Happy (belated) Birthday! :D
