Filcao Atlantica with .6mm Binderized stub nib

Late transitional copper-colored Estie J with 9665 nib

Estie desk pen with clear lucite cone and 9665 nib

Do you mean 9556 or is this a nib I've never heard of?

The 9665 is the dyslexic version of the 9556. Yes, it's the 9556.

Does it automatically write in reverse?

My fountain pen of choice today was a Sheaffer Legacy 2 in smooth palladium finish, Touchdown filling system, and of course the 18kt gold inlaid nib. It's filled with Noodler's Navajo Turquoise ink, and lays down a very wet medium line.

Today it's been a Tibaldi Iride with Diamine Tropical Blue LE ink, a purple Marlen Sydney with R&K Solferino, and my trusty blue Sheaffer Imperial IV TouchDown with Noodlers / Swisher's Aquamarine Blue Contract Ink.

Also Montblanc 145 Chopin with PR Chocolat

1. The Montblanc Meisterstuck 145 - Hommage to Fredrick Chopin. Excellent choice for a fountain pen! I have one myself, and it's just a wonderful writer.

2. Is that a hunter-cased pocket-watch with the US. Capitol on it? It looks like a beautiful watch...what can you tell me about it? (I think pocket watches are wonderful things).

Today, I have made use of:

My Parker 51 Flighter.

And, more extensively -

My Montblanc Meisterstuck 145 - Hommage to Fredrick Chopin. I was dong a lot of note-writing and memo-writing and all that...and this pen just flies over paper. Very useful when one has a lot of writing to do.

Hi Shangas! Yes I agree the Montblanc Chopin is a very nice writer. The Watch is my first pocket watch. Mom gave it to me a couple of weeks ago while I was in the hospital for gall bladder surgery. I pretty sure it is a very low dollar watch she picked up at the hospital gift shop on sale. It is battery driven quartz movement and says Geneva as the brand. It does have the US capital on the front and what looks like tropical plants on the back. I'm no photography expert but I thought it might look good in the shot.

I used my Montblanc Meisterstuck 145 rather extensively again today. So extensively that I had to fill it up, because I wrote it dry. LOL.

I'm beginning to notice that this is quickly becoming my everyday writer. It's so smooth to write with and such a charmer to look at. I think my CM Design pen might be heading for an early retirement.
