Down to the last 2 in my standard rotation of 9 - Graf von Faber Castell Intuition Terracotta, inked with Syo Ro, and MB Jules Verne, inked with R&K Cassia.

I am leaving for a few weeks so am hoping to finish their ink today and ink up the new set of 9:

Parker 51 Rare Earth (Kullock)

Aurora 88

Omas AM87

MB Starwalker

MB Schiller

Delta Carabinieri

Platinum Izumo Yagumonuri

Visconti Millenium

Except for the Aurora, all of these are getting inked for the first time. So looking forward to this!

Haven't been on FPN for a long long time, and now that I'm back, the first thread I noticed was this one! What an awesome thread that still lasts even after 8 years. :D

My stash for the day:

1. Pilot Kakuno and its cutesy smiley F nib

2. Pilot Custom 742 with a nice SFM nib (picture to follow)

I just love Pilot fountain pens a lot recently...

Today I used my Noodler's Konrad Ebonite with 1.1 stub nib and the Nussbaum Pen - Jon Ross Series. I went to the local Post Office where I had to sign for a package. I pulled out of my purse my Jinhao 599 inked with Noodlers ink. The postal employee first asked me if he could write with my pen, and then asked me if he could have one of my pens. I gave him the Jinhao 599, and had a brief opportunity to share with him the joys of writing with a fountain pen. We spoke of where he might purchase a bottle of ink locally, and how to hold a FP. Thank goodness the Jinhao 599 had only cost me $1.99, and I had previously smoothed the nib. I think we have a convert!

2 Sheaffers .... no TWSBIs or Esties in the last few hours.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).
