I've a soft spot for those Sheaffer No-Nonsense pens. They came out when I was in high school, and I've used them for decades.

Hi Yaakova, it was a gift as an intro to FP's, along with a recommendation to join FPN. I love it, although I don't have experience with any other pen.

It does hold some nostalgia for me, too ~ in the '70s my father always used one (brown with brown ink) and I remember thinking it was very cool.

I am doing my math homework with my Parker Sonnet.

I think I'll finish my English HW with my Parker 75.

Today I used my Hero 616 (PR Tanzanite), Lamy Charcoal Safari (Lamy black), Lamy Neon Coral Safari (Lamy neon coral), and Pilot Metropolitan (Noodler's 54th Mass.). I like having multiple colours on hand! Really helps me to keep my calculations straight and annotate my work nicely.

A red marbled Waltham with a Du-O-Way 14k tip. Hero Blue/Black ink.

After repair, I found it to be a very smooth writer with a wet fine/medium line.

I like it :D

I think I'll be fine with the Parker Sonnet for the rest of the day.

Got the Cascade out today, which has a lovely spider-fine nib. I don't like taking it out too often because I'd hate to have something happen to it, but it deserves the occasional airing.
