Today I wrote with my new Sheaffer 100. The nib on this one is interesting, a little short and fat for my taste but still visually attractive.

Strangely, writing with a cartridge the nib was ink starved, but as soon as I switched to a converter the problem went away. Maybe the seal from the cartridge was obstructing the inkflow, who knows...

Writes beautifully now, anyways. Rich color, rather wet, but a true F nib by line width.

My new Visconti Salvador Dali Medium arrived yesterday after a long wait so immediately inked it up with Noodler's Bad Belted Kingfisher and put it to use today. Hard not to stare at the faceted barrell in meetings and laying some very nice line variation in early stages of break in. A great acquisition thus far ...

It's the same thing every day.

Why? Because these are my favorites. :)

My all time everyday pen: Black Parker Sonnet with fine nib.

I am also using a Gold Parker 75 with a extra fine nib.

I have two Parker 51s and a Parker 180.

The only non-Parker on my desk is a Pilot with medium nib.
