Neon Coral Safari in my shirt pocket, burgundy Sailor 1911 Realo, Blue Pelikan M800 & Namiki Metal Falcon in my little three-pen leather case. Inks are Iroshizuku Yama-Guri (chestnut brown), J. Herbin Liere Sauvage, Diamine Blue Black and Diamine Ancient Copper, in that order.

Lamy Vista with EF nib, which I received yesterday. I wasn't sure whether I'd like the clear plastic look. It's actually not too bad.

And trying out this pen with some new ink, Noodler's Black Swan in Australian Roses ... which looks very similar to Diamine Syrah to me.

Also, a Pilot Metropolitan in Medium. Mine is the white body with the tiger stripe sticker. I have used my favorite ink, Noodler's Kung Te-Cheng exclusively in this pen.

I used my Mont Blanc star walker at an appt. this afternoon. This is the first I've used one of my pens away from homeattachicon.gifimage.jpg

Today I am using a brand new black Jinhao 599 loaded with Hero blue black ink. I must say for a $4.99 delivered pen, it writes quite nice. Even my wife, who won't use a fountain pen, remarked how smooth it wrote. This pen is certainly a winner!

I just inked up my new purple Lamy Al-Star with Akkerman #13 Simplistes Violet.

Looking back at my journal entry from last Friday, written in Diamine Imperial Purple, I'd say these two inks look very similar.
