I am testing the Sheaffer ink, and find it looks good and writes well in these pens. Both are tuned to be wet.

At this moment a Sheaffer 500 from Australia for a piece of fountain pen art I had in my head. But beside me in addition to that I have my 1915 Waterman 512 1/2 PSF and 1949 Sheaffer Touchdown Statesman.
