I'm away from home and doing a gig in Denver for four weeks (check out Denver's Avenue Theater) and figuring out what pens to bring was the hardest part of packing.

What I ended up bringing:

Green marbled Pelikan 200 with Noodler's Walnut.

Blue Carbonesque Pilot VP also with Walnut.

Lamy 2000 with Noodler's Air Corp.

And the surprise pick of the group - a new Lanbo two-sided pen in grey that turns out to be a pretty likable pen - it's loaded with Air Corp too.

Only four pens for four weeks? sad.gif

I do hope to find another or two someplace around Denver. Maybe some new inks too. drool.gif drool.gif biggrin.gif

A late good morning Taki. ALready 80F and very sunny. Temps are supposed to drop below freezing, I'm so confused. Oh well, maybe a freeze will kill off some of the ticks. I have never seen so many.

Anyway, I have decided to use for a least a couple of day these three Dani Tac II pens. They all have modified nibs of one degree or another and I am trying to decide on one type of nib to concentrate on.

What pens am I using today? None. Zero. The darling grandkids are here until Thursday. smile.gif I'm lucky to be able to string two sentences together in my head, let alone write anything down. A friend of mine once said, "My grandchildren make me happy twice - when they come and when they go." I understand what he meant. rolleyes.gif

So many pens, so little time!

Glad you were OK last night smile.gif Hope puppies weren't scared too much!

19F, scattered flurries in am, high today in mid 30's, and it's not April fools sad.gif

I'm using the same pens as yesterday, too. I like Midnight Blues a lot, and I relly like the way the Sheaffer writes. The Platinum needs different ink, though.

I'm giving a statistics exam this evening, so I shall rain ink upon their papers with the dreaded Lamy Safari Charcoal XF with Waterman Green. When the converter's run dry (and after appropriate flushing and drying), the pen will rain down Waterman Purple. tongue.gif

Otherwise, it's a Sensa Meridian Noir and Gold fine with Skrip Blue-Black and Parker "51" dove gray aero medium with Waterman Florida Blue.

New to stylophilia, I am trying to use as many pens in a day as I can, so I have on the go right now:

Parker Reflex (loaded with Pelikan 4001 black) instead of a pencil or BP for jotting notes at work;

Waterman Phileas full of blue Quink for writing things I actually care about;

Sheaffer Skripsert (I think, based on the instruction sheet that came with it, a 1957 model) with a modern black cartridge in it, for reflective writing. That cartridge is lasting a long time, too....

Ravensmarch Pens & Books
It's mainly pens, just now....

Oh, good heavens. He's got a blog now, too.

This Waterman BCHR 44 that just arrived today. I'm a big fan of retractable nib Waterman Safetys. Filled with Visconti Blue. Sweet writer!
