I will be alternating between two pens today: my Monteverde Jewelria and "Old Bess". I've been so impressed by some of the handwriting samples I've seen on this site that I've been inspired to better my own!

Using the Ratnamson no. 32 that came from a friend yesterday. A little on the dry side, but I've smoothed the nib and it writes a medium-fine line as smooth as my TWSBI. I really, really like this pen.

In the office today so waterproof inks to the rescue, and carrying a lot of stuff so limiting the pens to just two:

Parker Sonnet with the factory medium italic steel nib and Diamine Registrar's ink

Pilot Capless / Vanishing Point in matt black with a fine nib and De Atramentis Document Blue-Black ink

That Pilot is new and wrote beautifully out of the box. Very happy with it.

I am no longer very active on FPN but feel free to message me. Or send me a postal letter!

So far, just a TWSBI 580 1.1 stub. Big fat letters, pretty smooth writing for note-taking during a conference call.

journaling / tinkering with pens / sailing / photography / software development
