Today I am using a Monteverde Jewelria with Monteverde Café ink for a letter on Tomoe (sp?) paper, and a Rorher and Kligner glass dip pen on vellum paper in a Stillman and Birn sketchbook which I use as a journal.

Very nice!

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Today it's my Montblacn 149's turn to come out and play. It's a fine nib, loaded with Iroshizuku Kon-Peki. I can see why people like this ink so much. It's got great flow, very smooth, and offers good shading. I'm not sure if I think the color is too bright blue or not. I might prefer it a bit darker.

Aurora 88, b nib with Aurora Blue

Matte black Pilot VP, m nib with Sheaffer Turquoise

TWSBI 584, b nib with Noodler's Navajo Turquoise

I just bought NNT...great ink, but I'm struggling to discern a difference between it and ST. Always frustrating when you buy a new bottle of ink that's basically identical to one you have...
