Eversharp Wahl sort of day here:

Vintage Navy Skyline with gold derby and signature cap band and semi-flex nib filled with Wahlberry ink

Modern Demo blue Skyline with semi-flex nib also filled with Wahlberry ink

I've got to hand it to Syd, this Modern remake of the Skyline is one fantastic, well made pen!

Today, I'm using both my Platinum pens - the Kanazawa-Haku Sakura (with a sample of Private Reserve DC Supershow Blue), and a clear Cool with Diamine Bilberry. Both are fine nibs. I only got the Cool through the mail yesterday, so I am still having a bit of "NEW PEN" excitement.

I'm mostly just mucking about with the sproingy nibs though, rather than doing any serious writing. I had enough serious writing to do yesterday.

Looks wonderful, penmanila. I'm afraid I didn't make quite such a charming picture of my current set of pens, but these are the ones I've been having a lot of fun with over the past few weeks:

Today is my first day at work with my new matte black Pilot VP w/ F nib, and the default Pilot Blue cartridge it came with.

So far, it's the workhorse I had hoped it would be! Can't wait for my new ink samples to arrive!
