@jkgato - wow! Love that desk stand and the shape of that pen. Writing samples, please?

Got my two Preppies out from a drawer after months of non use (sitting with Noodler's Blue in one and Noodler's X_Feather in the other), and both started right up and showed no flow/clogging problems. Not the best handling experience in a fountain pen, but, gosh, these have been so reliable for me. I neglect them, but they stand ready!

A Pilot Metropolitan. I bought it on a whim during the summer, and it turns out to be a great writer and a beautiful pen. The R&K Verdigris runs quite dark from it, which is also nice.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Create a Ghostly Avatar and I'll send you a letter. Check out some Ink comparisons: The Great PPS Comparison

Don't know where to start?  Look at the Inky Topics O'day.  Then, see inks sorted by color: Blue Purple Brown Red Green Dark Green Orange Black Pinks Yellows Blue-Blacks Grey/Gray UVInks Turquoise/Teal MURKY

Today's pen is my "new" Waterman 52; it has a Conklin No. 2 14K(?) nib and is filled with Noodler's Bad Black Moccasin. My wife can make the flex in the nib stand up, beg and roll over. I'm nowhere near that talented. Unfortunantely, the site won't let me load but one pic today. No idea why.
