This week I'm using my new birthday pen, a Edison Herald (Amber Tortoise) with a medium nib; filled with Waterman Absolute Brown ink.

The Herald is my first Edison pen & I'm loving it, such a classy looking pen - I've got a feeling it won't be my last Edison this year LOL.

The second pen currently in rotation is a recent Fleabay purchase, a Parker 45 Flighter with a fine nib, filled with Waterman Serenity Blue ink.

My 12 year old daughter's never touched or shown interest in my pens before, however last night for the FIRST time she sat down with a FP (the 45) for the best part of a hour. Wow her writing was so neat & tidy, not only that she enjoyed the experience; so much so she's asked for a fountain pen of her own.

It's a crying shame her school don't allow the kids to write with a fountain pen.

Mark.

I am no longer very active on FPN but feel free to message me. Or send me a postal letter!

Pilot Varsity medium, black ink, grabbed in the wee hours to make a to do list.

Lamy AL-Star, matte black, newly fitted with a newly arrived XF nib, newly filled with Iroshizuku Kon-Peki.

Mont Blanc ballpoint, which, I believe, is a model 161, currently sporting a fine point refill.

(And the usual assortment of G2s, P-500s, etc., scattered around desks and monitors.)

The Challenger and the Conway Stewart have lovely, smooth nibs, it's like writing with velvet. The only problem is putting either one down.

Lol you used 10 pens in 1 day? Funny. xD

Fountain pens are like weapons. They just make your pocket bleed so much.

I know, I'm crazy :) . I use the Waterman 552 and the 52 only at home, the Preppy's and the Jotter go to school with me. Variety is the spice of life. ;)
