Two new pens from luorou88119 on eBay:

  1. Jinhao X450 with a wonderfully wet, somewhat flexible, broad nib and J Herbin Eclat de Saphir ink.
  2. Jinhao 900 with a moderately wet, hard fine nib and J Herbin Perle Noir ink.

(I have an unholy amount of cartridges that I am trying to use up.)

I am no longer very active on FPN but feel free to message me. Or send me a postal letter!

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

Parker Duofold (Parker Quink Black)

Parker IM (Parker Quink Blue)

Youth (Chinese cheapie) - inked with Sheaffer Red Skrip ink (stock made in Slovenia)

All inks from bottles (I very rarely use cartridges).

I use Parker Quink inks sometimes as my everyday inks. I have a lot of bottles.

New (to me, as of last week) Mabie Todd Blackbird in shiny black celluloid. It's an FF semi-flex up to M. I like it a lot, but I am trying to work out why I do not love it as much as my Watermans. There's just something about the nib (which has a lovely smooth sweet spot) that's not doing it for me.
