What Pens Are You Using Today?

I just inked up a Parker 45 Flighter with MB black ink. Appreciating this combo won't raise many eyebrows with this august crowd, please consider:

  • it's an aerometric filler. You can't say enough good things about that filling system
  • this pen writes every time I put it paper...no hesitation...no skipping
  • the brushed chrome finish is durable and attractive
  • I got this pen uninked, new in the box, for ten bucks

Now what do you think?

Woo HOO!!!

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

I too am using a Parker 45 today - fine nib although it feels more like a broad! It is a Flighter from the late 70s/early 80s, not enitely sure as it has no date code. Mine is filled with good old Parker Quink black.....

I have left the corporate logo in so you can see why I am partial to these two inks :)

Pelikan M200 Demonstrator with Montblanc Dandy Turquoise. I love the way the pen looks when the light hits the ink.
