Good morning all,

This weeks choice is a Dunhill Sidecar FP and pencil set. Black with silver (paladium) clip and bands. Using Herbin "Rouge Cyclamen" ink. Understated and simple (only a converter fill) but with quality running through it like a stick of rock.

Good morning!

I think I will use Pilot 78G with Legal Lapis, decimo with Quinkerman, and maybe M400 White Tortoise with my Purple-Grey mix. Hoping my new/old pen is coming here today or tomorrow!

Today I've inked up a Esterbrook J I recently acquired, a Filcao Columbia, and a Pelikan 800. I went two weeks in Europe with only 3 pens - a Lamy 2000, an Aurora 88 and a Lamy Safari - and it really made me appreciate the pens I had awaiting my return, some of which were new acquisitions!

Good evening, everyone!

I've been on the FPN for a few weeks now, but this is my first post here. Thanks for the wonderfully warm welcome!

Today, I've got:

1. Esterbrook SJ in silver with Herbin Poussiere de Lune

2. Pilot Custom 823 with Aurora Black

3. Waterman Edson with Waterman Florida Blue

4. MB 146 with MB Bordeaux - very interesting ink...

5. Pelikan Grand Place with Waterman Havana Brown

I inked the Estie since I couldn't wait to try the Herbin ink. I love the color and I think it could be a great match for my Pelikan Piccadilly Circus (just arrived today biggrin.gif ) or my Decimo in Japan pink.

All the best,

Mike

Flow good, ooze bad!

Currently, my school line up is a Parker Vector (in green!!!) and a Yafa Quardo multipen for pencil.

Got my first Estie in the post (J with 9550 point). Couldn't resist filling it (PR Black Magic Blue), so now I have three pens inked again sad.gif

A tough and very hectic week this has been and will continue to be. A lot of meetings and fast writing on a variety of not-so-pen-friendly surfaces. My toughest workhorses are with me:

Pelikan M800 with Florida Blue w' a couple of drops of south seas -- Fine nib

Pelikan M600 with Pelikan Black -- extra fine nib (for those tight spots)

Waterman LeMan 100 with Waterman Blue Black -- fine nib
