A gold-plate Hero 261 inked with Noodler's X-Feather.

After writing an essay with it, I noticed if the nib was angled ~20 degrees to the right (from a straight up view), it seemed to write a thicker line than when angled ~20 degrees to the left. Perhaps it's an italic F nib?

Calculating.

I have been using, this past few day, my first semi-vintage Montblanc, a lowly 32 with a nice OB nib.

Sheaffer No Nonsense inked with Sheaffer Blue Black (which I'm only really using so I can empty and refill the cartridge. I don't hate the Blue Black and the ink is fine, but I prefer truer blues or blue-greys, I think)

I'm writing an online serial thing. It's urban fantasy. And I have no idea how long it's going to run for.

Sheaffer 300 (black body & cap, CT, M nib) with Parker (:P) Quink Black

I use this combo too and quite like it.

Today was a Lamy day...blue AL-Star with Diamine Majestic Blue and charcoal Safari with Lamy Blue. Trying to use up the ink in both to give them a good cleaning.
