Today I got to use for the first time my newest pen family member, a Sheaffer Admiral Touchdown (blue), with Diamine Midnight.

This week I'm using a Waverley Cameron (eyedropper version) with an original Waverley nib. The pen is filled with Noodlers Zhivago. The springy nib and decent flex makes this a favorite of mine.

Nervous? No, I'm just thinking...

That middle Decapod is stunning. How would you say that their nibs run, in terms of width? Are they on the fine side, like Sailor, "true" like Aurora, or slightly wide, like Parker or Lamy? Have debated getting one. I write quickly and somewhat fimly, and don't need line variation; wonder what you might recommend, in Nakaya, if any. Thanks.

I have my three latest eBay wins in use today:

A Parker Duofold Junior with XF nib

a Pelikan M100 with F nib - actually listed as an M150, but with chrome furniture rather than gold I think that makes it an M100

a new Aurora Ipsilon Deluxe for about half its normal price.

Only the latter has disappointed me. It looks and feels like a cheap promotional giveaway.

Just inked my new Homo Sapines Steel Age Maxi. The dream touch nib is pretty much a nail though.

I am using my amber colour ST Dupont Montparnesse Chairman pen. I am only using it at home. It sits on my desk in the wooden box. I ink it with Cartier blue ink and I really like this ink and pen. It has a F nib and is very smooth. The Chinese lacquer on the pen is really beautiful. Here are some photos.
