To my complete surprise, a Noodler's semi-flex pen loaded with Apache Sunset - which honestly renders a sunset shade effect.

Also, due to a test drive, my firm stance, "I have all the pens I need/want/can afford, has been compromised... Konrad, and Heart of Darkness is on the wish list.

Lamy & Pilot Pluminix

Most of the time I use the Pluminix, it's cheap and pretty good.

I bought a lot of expensive pen but after all, pilot pluminix, I like the most. Is it ridiculous :-(

I really shouldnʻt be buying pens, but when I saw a Charcoal Safari for $22 (including shipping!) on Amazon I had to push the button. I have a bunch of Al-Stars, and the transparent Vista, but no Safari proper. Very pleasantly surprised at the Charcoal finish. Love the look and feel. I pulled the black F nib and put on a stainless F. For some reason I have tons of Lamy nibs. Anyway, I ground it down to a very fine cursive italic. The whole thing works perfectly and Iʻm pleased with myself for once!

Brand spanking new L2k I picked up from Todd. The EF nib is still a bit wide for my tastes, but I found the sweet spot and it writes so smoothly.
