1979 mb 149 extra fine semi flex nib inked in mb racing green

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

@ work a Uniball a fine Vision Needle with lavender ink, a really smooth writer. This liquid ink is very fluid and goes through paper with the best of fp inks.

 

@ home last night AppleGreen Safari with LH nib and Edelstein Adventurine.

I am inked with two Aurora's. One I purchased today for about 380 on sale from 725.00. A new Sailor with a music nib and converter.....my trusty Parker M600 and a TWSBI Diamond. Thank goodness for Laywine's and the 25th anniversary sale. Even notebooks were on sale...

Rob Maguire (Plse call me "M or Mags" like my friends do...)I use a Tablet, Apple Pencil and a fountain pen. Targas, Sailor, MB, Visconti, Aurora, vintage Parkers, all wonderful.

Parker 51 aerometric charged with Mont blanc burgundy (with a drop of black) and the freshly restored vintage kaweco, charged with blue parker ink (the shop has given me a free ink fill in order to try it.

Rotring core with generic blue cartridges for exam questions

Reform 1745 with skrip red for marking

TWSBI 540 with Pelikan violet for notes

 

And I wrote a letter using a Baoer 501 with blue quink eariler.

Today I'm using my P51 inked with Noodler's Forest Green. This is the kind of day that will have me doing a lot more jotting down notes than usual. It's in a pocket protector (not joking) in the shirt pocket of a nice linen shirt. That's my version of "casual Friday" ...
