Today I had in my shirt pocket the following 4 pens:

A Pelikan M150 broad (absolutely superb) filled with Waterman Havana Brown, Pelikan Pelikano 'A' nib (another superb writer) with a Pelikan Brilliant Green Cartridge and a Pelikan M405 (fine) filled with J Herbin Bleu Nuit. The fourth pen is a Pilot Gel pen in case somebody asks to borrow a pen.

Addressed the box containing the Pelikan 400 pen I sold last night with a Namiki Maple Craft rb, with a Pilot G-2 refill.

Wrote the accompanying note with an emerald Aurora Optima, filled with a mix of Parker Penman Emerald and Private Reserve Sherwood Green.

All my other written work today was done with a mid '40s golden brown striated Sheaffer Lifetime 300 pencil.

For february:

Pelikan M620 Grand Place (with fine nib) which I think is the most beautiful of the modern Pelikans :cloud9: , filled with Pelikan Topaz

Pelikan M605, extra fine nib, filled with Montblanc Midnight Blue

Pelikan M600 black, extra fine nib, filled with a pigmented blue ink, created by a member of the German penexchange forum

Cheers, Gunther

Today I'm concentrating on my brand new Pelikan M600 filled with Diamine Majestic Blue, plus a vintage Conway Stewart 58, which I've just brought back to life, filled with plain old Cross blue ink. I also have an Esterbrook SJ with a very fine nib inked up which is giving me problems so needs a good looking at.

Lamy Safari (it's turquoise) with Noodler's Apache Sunset. I just smoothed the nib on a paper bag and it is perfect. That little Lamy is a tractor. Always writes, never skips, is a great pen.
