What Pens Are You Using Today?

Well today I am off work but last evening, I snuck a Lamy "Logo" pen in the house and I'm using it for most things.I have found that it seems to skip in my Moleskine though. It has a M nib and I'm using the supplied blue cartridge right now. I think I need to order a few more F and XF nibs for my safaris. I also had occasion to use a Pilot V% retractable this morning.

An old Conklin Crescent, black chased hard rubber, gold trim w no brassing, lanyard ring - Black Quink ..... Im really new to FPs, but if this pen is "sub-par" I am in for a real treat...'cause I love this old Conklin!

OK, now I've seen apologies for lousey pictures that Olin Mills would likely endorse , so here's mine...."Sorry for the horrible pictures, I will get better at it, much better or I'll just quit posting them!" Just thought a picture was worth a thousand (mumbled ..in this case) words.

That pen is definitely not subpar! I'd like one for myself. :)

Today I've used:

Pilot Vanishing Point (black carbonesque, medium nib) with Pilot Blue

Hero 330 (green/gold) with Noodler's Sequoia

Platinum Preppy 05 (red) with Noodler's Nikita

Derek's Pens and Pencils

I am always looking for new penpals! Send me a pm if you'd like to exchange correspondence. :)

I have three with me today--

Ahab Ivory Darkness with Black Swan in Australian Roses :clap1:

Bexley Corona Summer Storm with Visconti Blue :cloud9:

Twsbi 540 demonstrator with ESS Registrar's Ink :happyberet:

Right there with you. I have an Ivory Darkness tanked as well as a TWSBI 540. My first Ahab had a really bad nib, and this second one is utterly awesome. Tough to get the nib quality consistent I know, but with a good nib the Ahab is fabulous.
