What Pens Are You Using Today?

Waterman Gentleman with M nib filled with Waterman florida blue.

Sheaffer Targa with stub nib. I really like the stub nib in this pen. I have Sheaffer skip blue black in this pen.

Parker Duofold Centennial agin with medium nib. I like this pen but the nib is rather wide for me. Would really like an italic nib for this pen. May end up having the nib reworked. Currently have this pen filled with Omas blue, one of my favourite blue inks.

Today I'm using the same pen as almost everyday other day for the past 2 years. In fact, I just checked and I got this pen from a fellow FPN member on 9/30/2009. I like everything about it .... including the crack in the barrel and the two "stop" holes I drilled in it to keep the fracture from spreading. I even like the dents in the cap that that attest to over half a century of service. And, I am truly spoiled by the consistent manner in which the nib lays down a smooth, even line with just the perfect width and flow for my writing style. Of course I'm describing my 1950 Navy Gray Parker "51" Special with Octanium nib that always runs on Noodler"s Bullet Proof Black. For me .... it just dosen't get any better!

TWISBI ROC. I am a slave to fashion and in love with TWSBI's. Beautiful broad nib, the ink flows perfectly.
