My "new" Edson, F nib, with Visconti Blue. An absolutely wonderful pen.

I had just wandered down to the local coffee shop, gotten my Lemon Tea Blast, and had settled down on the porch to scribble...

Decent way to spend a Saturday morning.

Im using my fav. pen the Lamy Safari with Quink. Somehow i got lucky and a VERY good one which trumps all my others by a lot (including my buttery smooth p45). Of course it could just be because im only 13 and have only enough money for a couple pens. :)

Favorite Pen: Lamy Vista F nib

Seven pens are inked and ready to go, but so far I have only used two:

TWSBI 530 filled with Diamine Twilight - love this pen. I will probably switch my conservative ink to my Lamy Safari Al-Star, though, because I LOVE the lighter colors in the 530.

Waterman Phileas filled with Diamine Violet - love the pen, not the ink. It behaves just fine (like any good Diamine), but I find the color utterly boring. The only reason I have just half a bottle of it is because of a filling mishap that dumped half of it on the floor. :headsmack:

Using 3 new pens this week.

1. A new Brown VP Broad, with Noodler's Nightshade. The broad nib makes it looks quite like a Brown ink, although I've never felt like it looked particularly purple-y to me.

2. A new (to me) Black Waterman CF w/ 14K nib, seems like a Fine. Using Pelikan Violet.

3. A NOS Burgundy Eversharp 713 Broad, with Noodler's English Roses. Makes this ink look like Red Velvet cake!
