Have a wonderful trip and at some point you'll just have to own the Montblanc Irish Green!

This week it's a silver grey Esterbrook J with a 9788 (flex medium) nib and Noodlers Walnut ink.

I have not used this pen for quite a while so its like starting all over again. The nib is a lovely write.

Today I've begun writing my packing lists for my up-coming vacation to Ireland. So, of course, my ink is green, Diamine Sherwood and my writing instrument is my lovely green Esterbrook J with the flex medium 9788 nib.

floydee1, I agree the nib is a lovely write. I thought the 9668 nib was my favorite Estie nib until I got the 9788.

I am using a vintage brown Esterbrook with a 9556 nib, Parker Quint ink. The pen is one that I just cleaned and resacced. It is a pen & pencil ( 1.0 lead ) set, as I have decided to focus on sets as opposed to individual pens. A eally nice writing feel.

It's Friday night and just received my 1st Twsbi Diamond 530 in today's mail. Inked it up and added an entry in my journal. A truly remarkable pen.

Journaling using my Varuna Vishal with a fine cursive italic nib, and MB bottle blue black, and some margin notes with a Lamy Safari EF, Lamy BB cartridge..

The difference between the almost right word & the right word is really a large matter--it's the difference between the lightning bug and the lightning.

Writing a letter with a Waltham, fitted with a Kurtz number eleven dip pen. The Waltham is filled with Noodler's Manhattan Blue ink, and never lets me down, such a reliable writer, smooth and gives me satisfying feed back.
