I can tell it's back to work day by the number of pens that accumulate in my pocket. Today's group:

Gate City gray "Belmont", F nib, with PR DC Supershow Blue

MB 149, F/M nib, with Noodler's Heart of Darkness Black

Visconti Opera Special Edition "Forest Green", M nib, with Noodler's Verdun Green

Visconti Opera Black Guilloche, M nib, with Noodler's Djinn of the Eternal Flame Red

A bit later in the day, I was using my Visconti Ragtime III, F nib, with Noodler's Legal Lapis, to do some annotating.

I'm using a Noodler's ebonite pen as an eyedropper filled with a 2:3 mix of Diamine Sherwood green and Noodler's Heart of Darkness. It writes a beautiful dark green line that's somewhat waterproof. I've used this combination for ~2 weeks now and I really like the way my notes look.

Pelikan 205 blue demo, black Parker Super Quink ink. I think this is the same as last time.

I'd rather spend my money on pens instead of shoes and handbags.
