What Pens Are You Using Today?

I have a few new pens but one particular disappointment.

I have purchased a couple of 70's vintage Pilots Murex with EF nibs (write like nails but fit my hand perfectly). I have also purchased a Montblanc MEISTERSTÜCK SILVER BARLEY Platinum Facet with EF nib. Well this is a true dissapointment.

The EF nib write like its a broad nib and despite my many protests Montblanc assure me it is fine and meets their EF nib standard.

Is there a way I can reduce the ink flow through this pen to make it usable?

Looking forward to all advice (if I can't sort this then I will be forced to dispose of this very expensive ink leaking device.

Montblanc's Mark Twain's Writers Edition's fine nib fountain pen. Writes so smoothly, if it were chocolate, it would melt in your mouth! :)

I stood up to get some coffee and came back to this. Yes, I'm a floor sitter after the manner of my ancestors, and can do both analog and digital. Today's analog side is my Pelikan M605 loaded with my Midnight Rain blue-black mix. Journal is Kunst & Papier A4 size. I'm not wild about it but can't find anything better...

This week, it's my Duke Shakespeare (a truly hideous pen, but I love Shakespeare) with Duke Black and a Hero 5028 with a 1.1 italic nib with Rohrer & Klingner Alt-Bordeaux.

Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none.

It's loaded with DCSSB and the 8 Wetness M nib skates on greased glass.
