Just wrote to Carl Kibler using new Edison Urushi Pearl (CI M nib) and Iroshizuku ink;

FPN Fellowship Haiku with flexy M filled with Herbin 1670 Anniversary red ink;

Aleksandra by Wiland, medium cursive italic by Greg Minuskin.......dreamy nib Greg! (filled as ED - as were the Edison and the Haiku) - Herbin Saphir blue.;

Stipula Nettuno Superba 1911 LE with B stub nib, filled with Herbin Verte Olive and the

TWSBI with M nib and filled with that same ink.

Quite a small number of pens inked for me.........I'm usually using about 15, but the rotation has been reduced because a couple of new arrivals are expected!

Each day is the start of the rest of your life!

My first fountain pen, a M MB 146. Somehow (after 27 months 10 days of ownership) it has been flushed enough times, then filled with Parker Quink (which is blue-black from Lewertowski, but doesn't have a color on the label), and for the first time ever this pen is writing PERFECTLY!

Today, I enjoyed my new Lamy AL-Star Coffee fountain pen with an extra-fine nib. For an extra-fine nib, it is very smooth. It currently has a Lamy blue ink cartridge in it. Soon, it will be filled with Aurora black ink.

I could not resist and snapped a cartridge into a 15€ Parker 45 flighter (got in set with a BP!)

Unfortunately, it just isn't feasible for me to use fountain pens much at work, so I am reduced to using them for grocery lists, notes to my son's teacher, to-do lists, etc., so I generally use one fountain pen per week.

Last week, it was my Duke Mini Torpedo -- it kept skipping, must make a mental note to try it next time with a thinner ink like Waterman's.

This week, I am using a Baoer 501 (black pen with a red "hat"), inked with Waterman Black. I'm very pleased with it, it's an excellent writer.

I changed my medium nib for a fine nib in my Waterman LeMan 100 for the fresh fill of Noodler's Galileo Manuscript Brown. Nice!
