Today I mostly used a Sheaffer Imperial 444 with Noodlers Blue-Black. I'm liking the feel of this pen more and more each time I write with it.

I've said I don't like the "paper clip" pocket clip on the Lamy Safari, but after reading by so many how great a starter pen it is, I bought one and used it today (good excuse for buying one more pen, right?). I'm still not thrilled with the clip, but this pen with a medium nib and Private Reserve Midnight Blues ink is a great writer, and yes, fun to write with! By the end of the day, that "paper clip" clip didn't look so bad after all.....

I'm giving the Safari another go today, but I do have my Parker 51 in my shirt pocket, and several others inked and ready to go at my desk, as always.
