Today's pen is a late '70s Parker 75 Sterling Silver Cisele with a fine nib inked up with Private Reserve American Blue.

Visconti Homo Sapience with De Atramentis Coffee and Visconti Opera Master Demonstrator with my Perfect Deep Purple (mix of PR Tanzanite and Visconti Sepia).

What's the mix ratio to make Perfect Deep Purple?? And does it require a Black Night far from Home?

Decided to use a Pelikan M1050 today.

And how can this be, because he is the Kwisatz Haderach.

Just received from Pam Braun a Waterman Carene Deluxe Fine Nib. Inked with PR Tanzinite. It is a very smooth writer. So are no skips. Lays down a somewhat wider line than my Namiki Falcon with Fine Nib. The Carene is a very impressive pen with the blend of silver and gold.

Pam's service was great. Direct and honest (hard to find in these times) and the price, of course, could not be beaten.

Burgundy Omas Ogiva EF, Waterman black; Blue Waterman Phileas F, Pelikan red; Lamy Vista F, Lamy blue cart.

Your produce alone was worth the trip...

So how many Inked pens are too many inked pens? just a question.

anywho.... I have a three parkers: a 51, a 75 and a Deluxe Challenger and one home-made pen at work on my desk.

Only having a dozen Pens to have half inked is not a lot. Finding some of the cheaper lighter Pens a pleasure to use.

I just have to gloat somewhere!!

Got it today & am already using it--broad point black snorkel desk pen & green marble base. Pen looks uninked and is holding ink well, so may be new/old. Under $20 including shipping, ebay. Inked it with Levenger True Teal, my preferred teal of the month.

Much Love--Virginia

If you gotta gloat, this is the best place to do it!

As to pens,I've been using two off and on--a near mint Omas 556/F in the well-known,smoky grey

pearl with a flexible Extra Lucens nib filled with Noodler's Ottoman Azure Blue and an Aurora Optima

Sole' filled with PR Midnight Blues.

Having fun with two of my favorite Italians.................

That is very inexpensive. With Pens it appears you don't have to speand a lot to get some real nice Pens. I also collect watches. Forget anything under $1000!
