For the last few days, I've been using a Lamy 2000 and a Sheaffer Seas Connaisseur. I've been working at a low key office and wanted to use an excellent pen with low bling factor. The Lamy fits that need very nicely. At home, I've been using the Sheaffer, also an excellent pen, but more elegant than the Lamy.

I left the house for work tonight with my Levenger Decathlon (Med Nib) filled with Noodler's Red-Black and one of my Red Esterbrook Dollar pens (2048 Nib) filled with Waterman's Blue-Black.

At work, I was swapping between my Lamy Safari (F, Charcoal, Sailor Blue) and my Parker 95 (B, Flighter w/gold trim, Conway Stewart Dark Green).

Now currently toying with my calligraphy pens- A Sheaffer Viewpoint, a No-Nonsense, and my new Lamy Joy 3-nib set, as well as my crazy 6mm Pilot Parallel Pen!

No brand name, no number, not one idenifying mark on the entire fountain pen. Oddly enough, I bid on and won this pen on ebay, I paid around five bucks for it. Looking through a catalog, I discover it's an exact replica of a Mont Blanc Boheme collection. Before, I wasn't very familiar with the Boheme. The seller tells me it was made by Hero. No, it doesn't have the star in the cap jewel. This little pen lays a really good wet line! I don't know how long it will hold up but right now it's a pretty nice little fountain pen and looks great!

Hero pens are great! They usually have a name or mark, though---got a pic you can post?

For the first time in a while, I'm using a fountain pen: a matte silver Levenger Mach 6 (5??)

with some brownish-black ink cart that looks like true sepia.

The pen is cigar-shape, a plus, but it has these inlaid rubber rings, already showing deterioration (and I had used it maybe three times). That's a biiig minus!

A bit heavy pen for me, but a smooth writer, maybe a medium, though on the fine-ish side. The nib doesn't say. :ltcapd:

My latest ebook.   And not just for Halloween!

My other pen is a Montblanc.

Today it is still my Cross Century II, great steel fine nib, sterling cap and black lacquer body, with Waterman black ink.

I am waiting anxiously for my Visconti Van Gogh Midi which I got at a great price, another steel fine nib pen, and my Cross Affinity with, yes again, steel fine nib.

When I get in a phase, it's all or nothing.

Sheaffer OS Balance (gray pearl striated) with Waterman Florida Blue ink, and a Sheaffer PFM IV with Parker Permanent Black Quink. At least that's what I have in my pocket at the moment. In a few minutes..?

For my holiday cards I used a Parker 51 filled with Tanzanite, an Aurora 098 with Havana, a Lamy Safari with Waterman Red, and a Parker 45 with Quink Green. Holidays are great excuses for lots of color!

Today I am using a Wing Sung 712 with a fine point, which i received in the mail yesterday. I also received a Hero 750 from isellpens.com. The Wing Sung 712 has a very scratchy nib, but that was expected (what else do you want for two dollars?) On the other hand, the 750 wrote like a jewel, but it took half an hour to get the ink flowing properly. Heh (is that normal?)

Today's pen is something a little different, one of my two Sheaffers. In this case a gray stripe late 1930s OS Premier Balance with a medium nib loaded up with Diamine Blue Black.

Today's pen is my yellow M200 Pelikan. I ran dry of my La Reine Mauve ink, and changed the ink to Galileo Manuscript Brown. And for another change I removed the (M400) oblique stub italic nib done on a broad nib by the nibmeister Richard Binder - and installed my factory M400 broad nib.

I've written half a page in my journal and am already regretting changing the nib!

Today I took notes at my Fantasy Hero gaming session with my Parker 51 Vac, using Private Reserve Ebony Blue. I updated my checkbook register with my numberless Hero and Noodler's Brown, and I'll be writing my journal with my Wing Sung 233, also using PR Ebony Blue.

Does not always foot up columns correctly.
