Today's pen is a Lamy 2000 loaded up with Noodlers Midnight Blue.

Today is a Waterman Phileas with Waterman Violet ink. I am coming to love the purple ink. I'm going to miss it when it is gone.

Today I took notes at my Hero game with my Sheaffer Imperial VIII, using Noodler's Black. Later, I'll be writing my journal with my Esterbrook J and PR Ebony Green.

Does not always write loving messages.

Does not always foot up columns correctly.

Does not always sign big checks.

Still using the 2000- It's great, I'm not used to seeing the nib and half the section not covered in a green, creeping mess :P Looks quite neat.

Also did a bit with my capillary filling XF Parker 61, with Florida blue... Nice pen.

Today I am using:

i) Visconti Divina (medium nib) filled with Visconti Blue

ii) Mont Blanc 146 (medium nib) filled with MB racing green

iii) Parker 75 Cisele (medium nib) filled with Quink washable blue.

I am a left hander and the Visconti is, without doubt, the smoothest to use.

My only reservation concerning the Divina (Black with silver inlays) is that it is rather ostentatious.

Journal writing this morning with:

* Waterman CF (which by the way has an incredible fine nib, almost like a fine stub), filled with Parker Penman Emerald/Private Reserve Sherwood Green mix

* 1926 Parker Duofold Jr., filled with Hero Blue

I have a feeling that the rest of the day will see a lot of use from the following pen:

* black old style Omas Paragon (which has one of the best fine nibs I have ever touched to paper), filled with Omas Blue

Today is a Waterman Phileas with Waterman Violet ink. I am coming to love the purple ink. I'm going to miss it when it is gone.

I have been using Waterman Purple in a 1934 Sheaffer Balance. It has been a long time since I last used this ink straight up (I keep one of my Phileas pens filled with a Florida Blue/Purple mix), and I am really enjoying it from this pen. It has an unusual semi-flex Lifetime nib which lays this ink down in quite attractive lines.

All you have to do is buy some more, and keep on enjoying it!
