What Pens Are You Using Today?

Another one pen day today, that makes three of the last four days dedicated to a solitary pen all day, quite unusual for me.

Today's star was a charcoal Lamy Safari with fine nib, filled with Private Reserve Tanzanite.

Again today, I'll be taking my Huashilai 2375 (now with PR Ebony Green) and my Dollar 717i (PR Ebony Blue). Watch out, crosswords...

Does not always write loving messages.

Does not always foot up columns correctly.

Off to my trade course tomorrow, so the full brigade is coming with me; my two Inoxcrom Wall Streets, my Sheaffer Javelin, 0.5 Pentel Kerry, a box FULL of pencils of various types, a pack of Stabillio Sensor fineliners, and a brace of Pentel Energel rollerballs.

Plus books, paper, food and some tools...

I don't pack light for tech days :P

Today, I try the F-nib of my newly-bought Mont Blanc Meisterstück 149. With Parker Quink black ink in the morning, and with Pelikan 4001 Königsblau ink in the afternoon. The 149's fine nib is rather wet, so the Pelikan ink seems to fit more than Parker.

My Lamy Vista and Pilot 78G *still* haven't arrived, so to console myself I filled my Cross Townsend with Prime of the Commons today.

A good match, judging from my brief doodlings.

Today's pen is a hunter green Parker Victory Mk 4 with a really smooth Newhaven fine nib and loaded up with Diamine Prussian Blue.

Today's Pens

Pelikan M200 - Noodler's Black

Waterman Phileas - Noodler's Burgundy

Lamy Studio - Noodler's La Reine Mauve

Lamy 2000 - Noodler's Concord Bream - for me this ink does not work in this pen for everyday papers, and even some better papers - I've yet to try it in other pens.

The active pen of the day is a Binderized (stubbed) Classic Pens Legend 766 prototype in what Richard Binder called 'indigo'.

Along for the ride were a matt black Lamy Safari in my calendar and a smoke brown Sheaffer Javelin in the notebook, with a Bexley Simplicity in cracked ice in reserve for backup.
