Today I am using the Lamy Safari (matt black with medium nib) along with the Lamy blue ink cartridge that I received for Christmas :)

I've read lots of reviews about the Safaris and I see what everybody means about the pen being well made and sturdy. I've been told that I "... have to use this pen ..." which means it shall become my 'daily' pen for carrying with me and using at work :D

"tis a wonderful pen.

I was scribbling with this Pelikan earlier. Comfortable, lovely nib, but it keeps greying out. Maybe i didn't flush it thoroughly enough before inking it.

Old style Pelikan M400 (green stripe) with EF nib and PR Blue Suede ink

Waterman Phileas with fine nib and PR Sonic Blue

Stipula Duetto (Blue) with fine nib and Noodlers Midnight Blue

Montegrappa Symphony in ivory celluloid with EF nib and Noodlers Blue

Aurora Optima black with chrome trim, medium nib and Montblanc Black ink

Both the Pel and the Monte EF nibs have just the right amount of feedback and are a pleasure to use. They are especially good for notetaking as both have good flow and no hard starting or skipping (after my personal adjustments).
