My apologies. It has been so long I forgot my manners, give credit to Tom Mullane aka OldGriz for this beautiful snakeskin FP. I will PM him and see if he will add some info for you.

..good morning Taki..

..good morning Artaddict..

wow is that a rattlesnake pen?

Kurt

YES, that is real rattlesnake skin... it is attached to the tubes for the pen then cast into clear acrylic and turned to shape and polished....

It makes a fantastic looking pen that is kind of unique....

Thanks for asking

Wow! That rattlesnakeskin pen looks fantastic. How big is it? Looks the size of the Faber Castell E-motion to me. :yikes:

Anyway I'm using my Peilkan 140 fine and have my Namiki Falcon as backup this week, They give the same writing experience, sort of...

Using a blue Conklin Duragraph with a custom (F) 14K stub from Tom Pike. Filled up with my own mix of "the real British Racing Green."

Also using a blue carbonesque VP with Waterman FB, and stole my wife's black carbo VP and paired it with my Binder 0.6mm stub and Visconti Burgundy.

At school: Sheaffer Levenger (I believe it is the one produced under contract with Sheaffer, not sure how it all works), Scrip Blue-Black

At home: Pelikan M200, empty until new ink arrives

Getting some new ink shortly though, add a bit of color into my life :D
