What Pens Are You Using Today?

I have just begun my love affair with fountain pens. I already had a Waterman (M) that I bought 10 years ago but didn't use very much. (Don't know what took me so darn long!!

 

In the last few weeks I have purchased the Pellikan Souv 600 (BB), Parker broad nib, Lamy Safari (F)

Rotring 1.5 nib, and a few more.......

 

Today and everyday, I use them ALL in my journals (I have many....garden, everyday thoughts, home journal etc.)

 

Because of this group of wonderful folks, I feel perfectly NORMAL inking up each and every one of them and using them ALL every single day. I am not a little kid but I love and get a real charge out of holding all of them in my hand. Waterman feels best due to the heaviness of it. Love the Rotring to bits and bits, the Lamy Safari is no slouch. Oh heck, I adore them all.

Just inked up a new Marlen Silhouette in Blue with a fine nib. Very nice - not buttery smooth like the Sailors, but with just the right amount of tooth.

I got a couple of months ago a Waterman Harmonie Black GT with a F nib.

It is a great pen in my opinion, worked very smooth so far and writing with it is a real pleasure. Got nothing but praise for it. Also the price is pretty nice for this pen.

Everything I imagined it would be...smooth....everything everyone else has described about his pens and service.

Fabulous! Smallish pen that is light, not metal.
