Having today received the three FPN inks :bunny01: :

Danitrio Takumi, flexy F, Noodler's FPN Galileo Manuscript Brown (a bit wet - maybe I didn't let the rinsewater dry out enough :( )

Parker "51", F, Noodler's FPN Dumas Tulipe Noire

Pelikan M205 Demo, Binder 0.6 stub, Noodler's FPN Van Gogh Starry Night

But since I'm leading a small conference this weekend, I'm also still toting my Pel M200 Citroenpers with Penman Mocha as a known combo to fall back on should the worst happen.

Green underwood (london) piccadilly stylo eco with a Stipula green cartridge I had lying around. This is a smaller, cartridge-only pen, and it was the only regular international cartridge I happened to have in green.

Today it's a Sheaffer OS Balance - Black w/a firm (what else) m/f nib and a Parker Vacumatic Major - Emerald Green Pearl w/f nib. Both are filled with FPN Van Gogh Starry Night Blue.

The Vac is a new acquisition from an auction box and I finished the restoration a couple of days ago along w/a 1940's vintage Waterman. I don't know the model - it's a lower end plastic pen with a thin single cap band and a wonderful flex # 2A nib. Both pens restored well and are proof that great pens still exist in the wild - just keep looking through those estate auction boxes!

May we live, not by our fears but by our hopes; not by our words but by our deeds; not by our disappointments but by our dreams.

It was a Montegrappa type of day today, I inked up the Montegrappa Micra Light Blue with a Dupont Royal Blue cartridge and found an old 300 series and filled that up with Montegrappa Green (disgusting colour really...)

As always, my Lamy 2000 EF filled with Pelikan Black got some use. I'm also testing some M800 nib sections so the green M800 has been filled and refilled with Waterman Florida Blue all day.
